Who Are We?

The Rowe Project Inc provides essential support to those affected by crime as well as law enforcement in the Brazos Valley. We offer services at the request of crime victim services, community outreach, officer requests, and other forms of contact. Our goal is to educate the community on crime prevention, support victims of all crimes, and help support healthy relationships between citizens and officers.

The Rowe Project is a 501(c)3 nonprofit serving crime victims, their families, and the law enforcement officers who serve us. The Rowe Project Inc was founded by Cedar Rowe Clark (President), Caleb Clark (Vice President), and Wendy Christiansen (Secretary) in 2024 in honor of Dan and Kelley Rowe.
